Dr. Lesia Crumpton-Young, the pioneering President and CEO of Greatness Gurus Corporation, is a revered figure known for transformative leadership, notably served as the 13th President of Texas Southern University and founding President of Powerful Education Technologies. With a trailblazing journey, she earned a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, being the first African American female to achieve a Ph.D. in engineering. Dr. Crumpton-Young holds an MBA and possesses excellent business acumen. Dr. Crumpton-Young’s illustrious career spans various esteemed positions at renowned institutions, including Texas A&M University, Morgan State University, Tennessee State University, and the National Science Foundation. A recipient of the US Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring (PAESMEM), she boasts a substantial academic background with over 150 scholarly publications.
